Getting Papers on a Chinese Pug?

I now have a male chinese pug and I am told that he is pure breed but during a seperation the papers went missing. I would like to breed him and Im sure that I would need his papers to do so and charge for it. Can anyone help?? Thank you.

If you are the owner of record, call the AKC and get a copy of the papers. How have you been showing him without his AKC number?? And getting his OFA certifications done? Without all that you should not even be considering breeding- only backyard breeders do that. FWIW- it’s just "pug" not
"chinese pug".

    Email the company in which you registered your dog and ask what process you need to go thru to get a copy of a registration. An online search may give you the information necessary for you to supply in order to receive the papers.

    if the dog is registrered you can contact the kennel club and for a fee they will issue you a new pedigree

    have your dog been tested for health though, and been shown too check he got the rigth confirmation, if not then no serious breeder will pay anything too breed with it

    You don’t say what registry you are talking about, so if it’s not AKC and it’s United Kennel Club, here is their website;
