I think my Chinese pug broke her paw but it might be a sprain because it looks like she can put a little weight on it..It is swollen though and kinda just hangs there when she wobbles around.

The only way to know for sure is to have the leg x-rayed to check for any breaks which can only be done at a vets. Please take her in, and don't allow her to walk on the paw until she has seen a vet.

You can tell this if your dog is not putting pressure on it leg. Or it is limping a lot. You should take it to vet soon if you find such symptoms. But for home medication you can give it aspirin for pain relief. Soak its paw daily with Epsom salt solution. It will heal it quickly. You should use this solution as per indications written on its bottle. Sprained and broken legs take time to heal but rest is very important.

i would bring her to the Vet at once. The dog might need a Cortisone shot and it might be the hip joint hurting and not the paw. This had happened to my dog years ago and she acted like her paw hurt and wobbled around. i brought her to the vet, and she had twisted her hip in running around and needed a Cortisone Shot. her paw was ok.

its best to cal your vet .my dog was runing and steped in a hole .hes foot i thougt it was broke.i gave him a baby asprin.and i put him in his cage to keep him off of it he got better.being off the foot.hes a dotson.but it was not swallon.call your vet are take your pet too the vet.he allso jumped offthe couch another time and did the sam to his foot i gve him a baby asprin and keep hm still he got ok.but please call your vet doctor.first.give your pet food and water and lots of love my friend.
