Nowhere darlin.
Once you show her and she's titled, and all her genetic screenings are done, people will be banging your door down. But until she's accomplished something, she's just another pet quality dog…no owner of a decent stud would want her.

If you truly had the BEST pug you wouldn't be on here asking for advice. Get your PET quality dog fixed. It doesn't need to be bred and you don't need to be breeding ANY animal.
No working or show titles?
No genetic clearances?
No papers?
No clue what you are doing?
No breeding.

If it's the BEST Pug, go get a show title on it and people will be soliciting your dog.

you and everyone else has the best pug.
after you get it all its health testing, i'm sure that your breed club will help find a suitable mate.
is the dog registered with an organization?

you dont post an ad.. that's not how its done.
You take the dog to DOG SHOWS, show it, earn the CH title… from there you meet an experienced breeding mentor to help you research genetics, pedigrees, breeding, whelping and puppy raising.
If you are the owner of the female you need to get a good relationship with your vet.. you will need it at 3 am when she's whelping and a pup is stuck.. you should also have at LEAST $3,000-5000 saved up for prenatal care and the event of an emergency situation.
When the dog is 2 years old, you get proper genetic health tests done thru the OFA, CERF, BAER and Optigen, as well as a brucellosis test.
After all this, your mentor can help you select a possible mate from other breeders that you meet in the show ring.

with your breeding mentor. or you could take him to the vet and have a neuter done. this will ensure no more breeding problems. seriously, just because you think your pug is the best doesn't make him breeding quality. don't be irresponsible.

What makes your dog worthy of breeding?
Does it have it's breed championship
Has it had all of it's health and genetic testing done
It is at least 2 years old
You don't say if it's a female or male
If it's a female, won't use the "b-word" since it's not allowed are prepared to lose her to whelping or pregnancy complications
Do you have committed homes for the pups
Do you have a written contract and will take back the pups for any reason at any time
Do you have upwards of $2000.00 should your dog need a c-section due to her pregnancy or whelping problems.
What makes you think that someone will buy your pups coming from dogs that have done nothing
Who do you think would breed their nice male or female to your dog who has done nothing
Because of backyard breeders like yourself millions of dogs are euthanized in shelters each year.
Do you have a breed mentor
Spay and Neuter!

I know I will get flack for this comment and this does not answer your question but….. please think twice about breeding. Why breed when there are literally thousands of pugs in puppy mills, shelters, and rescues that are dieing for homes? Why not be part of the solution instead of adding to the problem?
Saving just one pug won't change the world but surely the world will change for that one pug!

I think that kijiji is loaded with other backyard breeders pimping out their unproven unhealth tested dogs. I know that South Carolina has a law against people selling unhealthy puppies – you can be sued if the pup develops ANY hereditary problems, so better have those CERF & OFA papers handy if NC has a similar law!

This is a question that I get asked a lot.
If your dog is of breeding quality, you will not need to advertise in the normal sense, because you will already have done all the advertising necessary by taking your dog to shows and other dog events and allowing other Pug owners see and get to know about your dog.
