I am looking for a small pug puppy or adult for my mom. Around 1 to 3 years old. Our pug passed away last year and we have been looking for one ever since. we would prefer a black and white one or one with black on it. Tan is also an option. Please help?
sure there free but the vet checks wont be.
i suggest you go to your local animal shelters and see what you can get there .
*healthy dog
*fixed /vaccinated
*while saving a life .
etc etc
maybe you can find it on craigslist
..be careful though

I could give you one half. I ate the other.

i think the only place you can ever find it is on craigslist.com
even that i dont think there will be free ones
you have to like find some friends or neighbors or family or something that have them and will give you one for free
my neighbors pug had some a few months ago for free but i couldnt have it at the time

I would suggest scanning your local pound, shelter, ASPCA. You will be suprised of the amount of breeds down there and also check into Pug Rescue Groups, also if you cant afford even adopting a puppy and are relying on YahooAnswers how can you possibly provide for it?Annual vaccinations along with many other vet bills and food arent for free.

You won’t find one. Even a sickly, poorly bred pug puppy is valuable enough to be sold. People aren’t just going to give them away if they can make a few bucks. If you see one offered for free, it’s probalby a scam.
Go to a shelter or see if there is a pug rescue in your area. If you can afford to own a dog at all, then certainly you can afford to pay a $50-$200 adoption fee.

Shelter anywhere else it will be sickly and will probably die….!

There is no such thing as a "free" dog. If you can’t even afford to purchase the dog what makes you think you can afford the care of the dog? There are 2,207 Pugs listed on Petfinder.com right now.
