They also live forever. I think the average lifespan for a pug is from 20 to 22 years, so they are a long-term commitment for a pet. I love pugs, and I’m a cat person, if that says anything.

You can never go wrong with a pug. I have two. Suggestion: don’t buy a pug who has been raised in a barn, they don’t potty train too well. Buy one from someone who raises them indoors. I found out the hard way. Pugs are wonderful creatures and you can’t go wrong.They’ll stick with you through thick and thin. An awesome dog. Treat your pug right, and he’ll love you till the day you die.

Omg they are one of the most loyal dogs you will find!! They’re SO freindly and will stick by your side all the time!! our pugs didnt tend to chew alot and we found them Very easy to train! the only downsides are their breathing problems because of their squished faces and they tend to snore alot!!
