regulations to the number of total animals ANYONE (Breeders included) are allowed to have. Breeders need to have harsher penalties, fines and jailtime for abuse and neglect. Health regulations need to be enforced on people selling sick animals so buyers are protected as are animals.
Get a boob job, penis enlargements, circumsize your sons, crop tails or ears….Just focus on greater more important issues! You’re so worried about a cropped tail and theres a ton of mills out there!

Good for you for the research! I’m not in Pennsylvania though. I’ll guess what will probably happen- People will go outside the state for the procedure if they live close enough to the border. I think people DO need to follow the laws but YOU HAVE A SERIOUS PROBLEM– YOUR DRIVE AND FOCUS SHOULD BE ON GREATER ISSUES! AS I SAID IN MANY STATES IT IS ILLEGAL TO DOCK A DGS TAIL.
