Well what happened is i was on the hunt for a pug dog, and i had a person contact me telling me he has 2 11 weeks old puppies for sale, i told him to send me some pictures so i could see if they were wht i was looking for, i got to the pics, and told him to proceed with the traqnsaction. This guy told me he was in Queensland so i would have to pay for freight, that was no problem, he told me that he would arrange it all and have all the papper of the dogs done. I then proceed to pay for freight when they requested western union money transfer, do u think this was safe for me to do. Plane from queensland here to Perth. Then i got a confirmation to say my puppies were leaving the airport in fifteen minutes and i would have them delivered to my door at 6pm this evening, does this sound right.
Did you investigate the breeder at all? That will tell you if it is a legitimate transaction or not. There are many scams out there and one of them has to do with puppies.
As to your question about Western Union, it is safe in that the person receiving your money will get it. You do not have any recourse though if the person you are dealing with is a scammer. I hope this is not the case here.

Good luck.
